
Being physically active everyday is an important component of living a healthy lifestyle. We all know that incorporating exercise into our daily routine brings many benefits such as increases energy, expedites weight loss, enhances long-term weight control, helps alleviate depression and contributes to a sense of well-being, to name a few.
June is the perfect time to make and keep your physical fitness goals. Start your summer off by attending support group this month where our focus is to "Rev Up Your Exercise Routine". We will be hearing from exercise physiologists who will give tips and suggestions to help you either get started with a program or make the most out of your workouts.
Our annual "Walk from Obesity" is coming up fast. It will be held on October 15th in South Jordan and will include other races as well. More information will be coming. So, save the date and get in shape by coming to support group to learn how to make the most out of your exercise routine!
