Attached to this note is the brochure describing the Walk From Obesity held annually every year in the Salt Lake Valley. This walk extends nation-wide to help fight the disease of obesity, promote awareness and help fund research.

When: August 29th,
Registration between 8-9am
Race starts at 9:15am

Where: West Jordan Veteran Memorial Park
8000 South Redwood Road (Behind City Hall)

Fee: $25 per person, Kids under 12 are free, as well as the accompanying adult.

This Walk From Obesity will stand as RMAP's September Support Group with the hopes that all those who attend Support Group will come and Walk From Obesity! Please feel free to bring friends and family!

RMAP will also have a booth setup at the event; so please stop by and say hello! There will be door prizes and a grand prize drawing!
